Family Fun in Montrose

A little over due...the first week of August we went to Montrose for the Hammond family reunion. Payton did great with the drive down, we set her up with a DVD player in the back. She was rocking out to Alvin and the Chipmunks and having and great time. Over the 3 days we had a lot of fun:

Family, Friends and Finals

My good friend Katey was in town from Las Vegas this weekend. It was great to catch up with her and see her boyfriend Paul who came with. Majority of the conversations ended in dental talk :) as Paul is a 3rd year at Las Vegas Dental School. We ate at Hacienda Colorado and came home to homemade cookies and cream ice cream (thanks babe it was yummy). It is always great to see good friends!!


We took a family picture after church, gotta love our goofy girl.



On another good note Chad got an A in his second semester O-chem...I guess those good study habits paid off :) I am so proud of him!

To Toot or to Poop

Needless to say we had an interesting day with poop.

Payton is potty trained and hasn't pooped in her underwear EVER.

Today however she was suffering from loose bowels,

regardless of warnings to not 'toot' unless she was on the potty

I ended up leaving Chick-fil-a with a pair of poopy undies that had been

washed out, wrapped in a paper towel and tucked in my purse.

It is days like today that make me happy I am a mom :)
